The support team is responsible for all aspects of supporting Spiral's tools. This can range from telephone and email support of technical issues through to developing documentation and running training courses. The support team is expected to provide constructive, added-value advice that will guide users to the information they want, help them make sense of their data, and educate them in making the best use of the tools.
